I decided to send it back. I don't want to keep a faulty barely movable unit without the possibility to let it be serviced it at home. It's a shame, but let's be real: my FP-30 is not bad either.
Hats off to Roland for offering such a good quality action, consistence, pedals and MIDI-control capabilities in the FP10 and FP30 at this price point. FP10/30 + Pianoteq is the best performance for buck in the piano industry imo.
