I'm selling my VILabs Ravenscroft 275 and True Keys Package

David B

No Longer Available

VI Labs is offering their Black Friday deals (35% off) and I thought I'd undercut their offers. ๐Ÿ˜€

I'll sell my Ravenscroft 275 and True Keys package (American, Italian, German) for $200.00.

That's $50.00 per piano. I'm actually only getting $37.50 per piano because I have to pay $50 to Vilabs to transfer the licenses.

Unfortunately, the sale has to be to someone in the U.S., because the buyer has to send me a thumb drive that I can download the files on and then I'll mail it back to them. It's a bit of a hassle, but I think its well worth it if you are in the market for these products. You'll never find them at this low price. Let me know via private discussion if you are interested.

God Bless,
David

Bump for those who are on the fence.

Price Drop.

$200.00

That's $50.00 per piano. I'm only getting $37.50 after I pay transfer fees. You can get the Ravenscroft 275 for 50 bucks.

God bless,
David

I think this community is too small, especially after a BF spree. Try PW (if you don't hate it) or that other site where people deal with these kind of sales (I don't remember its name, I believe it started wit K)

Hello,

I'd be (somewhat) tempted but I'm not in the USAโ€ฆ Is that really a restriction?

Cheers and best of luck,

HZ

HZPiano I'd be (somewhat) tempted

Hi @David B,

I forgot to mention that I was solely referring to the Ravenscroft. And am speaking of a mild temptation at this point, I might be interested but don't want to stir your hopes too much.

Cheers and best of luck,

HZ

I can sell it to whomever I want regardless of where they live. However, I have to get them approximately 13GB of files. I wasn't sure how to do that except via thumb drive. Maybe there is another way via upload to a site or something. If it has to be via thumb drive then I though overseas mailing would be too much of a hassle.

God Bless,
David

Hi @David B,

I'd think the logical way (in my mind, that is), would be for VI Labs to just revoke your license and put it under the new licensee's user account. After which he/she would download and install as if bought directly from VI Labs.

But this is just me, I have no actual experience with such transfers.

I'll mull over the Ravenscroft for a bit.

Cheers and a good night,

HZ

I'd only want to sell it as a package deal. Ravenscroft and true keys package. $200.00

HZPiano

Hello,

David B package deal

In that case, I'm out of scope I'm afraid.

Best of luck,

HZ

David B However, I have to get them approximately 13GB of files.

The website wetransfer.com allows 2GB of transfer without an account and 200GB with an account (which I think is free under certain circumstances). In Linux you can easily split (and join) a file in as many pieces as you please, I am sure you can find a way to do that for Win/Mac too. Assuming your internet connection (and the recipient's) does not have a problem with such volumes, you may do 7 transfers of slightly less than 2GB each (perhaps one a day) and be done in a week, for free, without even creating an account.

In a free google drive account (even a temporary one that you delete afterwards) you have more than 13Gb available to share files. Don't know if Google Drive has a max size per file, but I don't think so...

@David B I thought I saw a thread from you on this same thing in Piano World. Then I couldn't find it, did they delete the thread? Just curious, you don't have to answer if you prefer not to.

theodorn

Ah it was under that thread, sorry I missed it. Hope you manage to sell your libraries, I'm sure they are great - VI Labs seldom get it wrong when it comes to virtual pianos. God bless.
