My first VI LABS MODERND Video

OlivierW

pianow thanks yes incredible, but i use logic 11 Chromaverb that i find very nice for piano (Concert Hall default Chromaverb at 25%)

i love this 2021 Steinway : very well tuned and colour : thanks VI LABS but fix resonances between padel down adn up for symp.res., please 🙂

near perfect Piano. Magical

David Lai

pianow I've been listening to this for a couple of times now. The modern tech is really cool, he even managed to isolate the orchestra!!! I want to be able to do it, too.

pianow

OlivierW they'll do it one day I'm sure of that

pianow

David Lai
yea it's pretty crazy how much people can do these days without even paying so much attention (it was quite difficult to do these in the past, before 2019..)

OlivierW

I will record the demo again : first notes are missing…..

OlivierW

@cybergene many thanks 🙂

David Lai

OlivierW There's holiness in Mozart's music, and I think this slow movement really captures it. I love this concerto so much!!! Thanks for sharing!!!

OlivierW

Nice playing as usual. I have in the past tried a few of the free AI stems apps to isolate instruments, with mixed results. If I remember correctly, I had best results with something called Gaudio (maybe Guaudio???). What do you use to remove the piano so successfully?

QuasiUnaFantasia

OlivierW These Mozart recordings are awe-inspiring. Now I want to record with Karl Böhm also. 😀

OlivierW

QuasiUnaFantasia i can send you orchestra files that i've done.

i delete the piano / edit in Audacity / and retune Orchestra to 440 HZ (important)

OlivierW

vagfilm not GAUDIO

i use this website:

https://www.audiostrip.com/

but i don't choose the same algo : i try / compare / edit in Audacity / processe with X2 algo

and remove some noises and Retune it at 440 Hz : Audiostrip + audacity

🙂

all lossless backup and process. i upload to youtube with video container and lossless audio at 44100

OlivierW

QuasiUnaFantasia it's easier to set all orchestra at 440 Hz, playback, when i use those for live stream. (the Piano stay at 440 as tuner)

vagfilm

OlivierW i delete the piano / edit in Audacity

Audacity? No idea that audacity was now able to remove instruments. Will have a look. Thanks.

QuasiUnaFantasia

vagfilm Maybe it is only the editing which is done in Audacity.

vagfilm

QuasiUnaFantasia That makes sense. Audiostrip to remove piano and then Audacity for further processing…

OlivierW

QuasiUnaFantasia no i use Audacity to delete artefacts and assemble stems track 🙂 not for stems. i ause several tools and for example audiostrip for stems
