Quite interesting that one would sell for that little something which isn't a piece of π©
Khuja Wangtishvili If it had 10 cm more, that would be my end game piano.
Unfortunately the price rise between 110 and 120cm Grotrians is not bearable for me now.
I know nothing, so just putting out numbers randomly here. How much would a 120cm be? 10x the cost of the 110, or 600 euros?
So you paid this less than 310 euros (shipped), and your "dream piano" would be 900 (shipped)?
57 euros? π€£ (sorry, I know what you mean, I just could not resist)
Anyway, jokes asides, congrats on your purchase and hope you get what you hope from it.
Some technicians don't like the dampp-chaser, but if one is diligent in its use (never let it run dry, never shut it off for long periods, use filtered water with the original anti-mold treatment, changes the pad frequently) it is a really good for the longevity of the instrument and for the tuning stability. I have one in my piano too, so I speak by experience.
Looking forward to learning more about your instrument when it'll be prepped, and congrats again.
PS: why did you sell the Petrof?
