Another thing is - impossible to say what Lara could do if she had forced herself to go down that particular pathway. Probably not everybody wants to go down that same classical concert pianist pathway - because, as in Rambo First Blood - it's a long hard road, or something like that. And not everybody wants to do it even if they potentially can.
And each classical pianist will have their own particular style 'touch'. And - also - lengthy fancy finger/foot/body-work and speed and scales playing etc isn't holy grail, as impressive as it may look. Classical isn't holy grail as well (to me that is) - even though I like classical and a bunch of other sorts.
And for sure - it is excellent to be able have people like Lara and Yuja and everybody that we see - and appreciate/enjoy their contributions.
Importantly - when I wrote I like classical --- I actually LOVE classical music. But I - like many others - like/love a balance of things.
