Looking at your last video it seems you're done? Are you?
From the video before last it seems you have decided to not continue going overboard with marginally useful features anymore? Just because of cost?

I've tried a few more things myself (e.g. with an Odroid taken off Craigslist), but nothing worth reporting yet.

Oh geez --- 24 teensy -- that is a lot for sure. But that's normal. After proof-of-concept, the optimising and refinement often happens. Nice work.

Far from done. Long to-do list for both architectures.

But realized I could temporarily combine the two. Gives me a full piano to play - while working on it.
