RPA88 points out that PW forum is "archaic" and "cumbersome" and in need of improvement.
Quite so. Most anyone would agree.
dogperson agrees, but he thinks that improvement can be achieved through donations.
Rich Galassini agrees.
But I find all that to be nonsense. It just charity, and charity is not a sustainable model. It needs to run as a business.
So RPA88 goes on to ask: "What would the financial goal be to accomplish this? What would it take? Who does the work? How long to accomplish?"
Well, it's nice to know someone has a business head on his shoulders.
dogperson replies with: "Good grief: the financial goal involves how much is wanted by members to be done. The work would be outsourced by the forum owner."
Utter lunacy. But count on non-business people to overlook any and all business considerations.
