Instead of 12 velocity layers, 21 or so layers, would be better, if they were willing to update in later works. I found a lot of sample libs struggle to make sure of evenness and avoid bumpy keys. Indeed, only a few developers can often do this in a very satisfying way. Two issues are: pp and ppp layers are not ideal, more like volume down p . Or it's hard to play softly, real softness. Or incur some hiss in very soft samples. Pianoteq is at good at this. Very linear.
The other issue is timber-wise. I wish they could learn from Noire, Signature Grand and Rosewood Grand 2 etc, and use limited material but also capable of changing attack for wider use maybe out of their great DSP processing.
