spanishbuddha Funny, I just gave my black poly hybrid its first dust and clean this year! The motivation was a lady visitor 😆 I do keep the rest of the house clean(er).
CyberGene We got a kitty one month ago and it’s been a lot of fun but you know how cats are, climbing all over the furniture with special love for Yamaha hybrid pianos as it seems, a proud and welcome Yamaha fanboy family member! ❤️🐈 That little rascal loves to go in the kitchen sink or the shower cabin and then step with wet/greasy paws all overt the N1X 🐾 It’s a nightmare! But it turned out I can easily clean the mess with my eyewear wet wipes. These are a German household brand called DM, popular over here (probably in other European countries too). I just use 2-3 of them directly over the polish and it removes all these stains completely and without leaving any residue. Here’s a picture of the wipes and their content:
nhanzero Sorry to revive an old thread, but I don’t want to waste bandwidth with a new thread for a simple question. How do you guys polish the ivory keys? I’m having troubles to keep my P-515 white keys clean, it’s sticky now with all the oil coming from my oily hands, I’m using microfibers at the moment to reduce the problems but it’s still persist.
