This is obviously just a curiosity , as probably unplayable as any long jump is going to be very hazardous .
From a tonality standpoint , you can still play the 7 modes of the C maj key i.e. C major , D Dorian, E Phrygian, F Lydian, G Mixolydian, A natural minor, and B Locrian and they are beautiful scales .
For the repertoire , it’s more limited , I can only think of Shostakovich's Op 87, 24 Preludes and Fugues , no 1 which uses only white notes, and the difficult György Ligeti etude book 3 no1 which also only uses white keys . I’m sure they must be plenty of others .
