VSL steinway in stage B?

Yes, they should offer more options for a wider amount of piano enthusiasts.

I don't think we should expect another piano from VSL anytime soon. I think they sampled everything they have in stock piano-wise.

They should work on implementing modeling for resonances / improving symapthetic resonance. If they ever record another piano, I hope it would be something studio-sized, for example Yamaha S6.

As well as sampling stuff they've had shipped in like the Bechstein and Fazioli!

I do like the B-stage pianos, but like you (I think), I've kind of had my fill of concert grands unless they're going to sample an instrument that's really distinctively voiced. I'm also much keener for mid-sized instruments at this point.

If anyone is after Steinway B, get UAD Ravel. It's 50$ currently on PluginBoutique. I have it only a few days, but it's my top3 as for now (and I have VSL CFX, Garritan and like 20 other VI pianos). So nice to play and sounds sweet.
