To align with modern red tape, pc (not this/our 'pc') - they probably just need to re-word to wide-statured back-side, or something.
I can understand the issue though. As it appears to be 'targeting' people of sorts, or could be seen as inappropriate behaviour toward people - for that particular lyric/message.
Can be tricky. At least it's not as if all traces of the song/music/wav file etc is completely gone and banned. Anybody that wants that song can still get it from somewhere.
